Amy began her journey in movement with yoga and Vipassana meditation at Wat Suan Mokkh monastery in Southern Thailand. She started teaching yoga in 2002, and was introduced to Continuum in 2005 by Deborah Raoult, studying with Emilie Conrad from 2006 – 2014, continuing her Continuum journey with Gael Rosewood and Robert Litman. She completed the Wellsprings Practitioner Training in Continuum in 2012, becoming authorized as a Wellsprings of Continuum practitioner in December 2017. She also studied Kinesiology at The University of Texas. In 2015 she co-founded Chakra Kids Yoga Teacher Training program in Austin, TX. Amy speaks Spanish and French. She teaches individuals, group classes, and workshops in yoga for children and adults in Austin. Wellsprings of Continuum sessions are available for individuals.

Continuum has been an essential part of her movement work since her first introduction. Continuum has proven to be a powerful, subtle, safe and fascinating way to work with movement to find greater ease, grace, coordination, integrity, support, creativity and self regulation in physical movement, with those benefits filtering through as more vibrant emotional and psychological health as well. Continuum is a profound self-resource for healing and for finding more depth and fine tuning in movement and in life.

Anita Chari (Ph.D Political Science, University of Chicago, B.A. Philosophy Georgetown University) brings her passion for Continuum to her work in philosophy, somatic education, and artistic and creative process. Her work seeks to heal the rift between the head and the heart that has become so pervasive in our world. With 18 years of experience in academia, Chari specializes in bringing somatic pedagogies to intellectuals, infusing intellectual work with the much-needed counterpoint of embodied experience, sensate attunement, and phenomenological perspective. She teaches workshops that bring the insights of Continuum and other somatic techniques to bear in writing, teaching, and leadership.

Chari is available to work with individuals one-on-one and she also presents her work through workshops, groups, and residencies.

Ann Harman is a retired osteopathic physician, currently working under a massage license. Her primary approaches include the Feldenkrais Method©, craniosacral, visceral manipulation and Jones Counterstrain positional release. Much of her work is with chronic pain, scoliosis, and other people with complex issues.

Ann began studying with Emilie Conrad in 1991, and has extensively studied Continuum with Emilie, Susan Harper, and others. She has a daily personal movement practice that includes Continuum, Feldenkrais© and Yoga. She teaches movement based continuing education workshops to massage therapists and teaches Feldenkrais classes oriented toward craniosacral therapists through Upledger Institute.

She is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, Bones for Life© authorized teacher, certified teacher of Yoga Nidra, and authorized teacher of the Sounder Sleep System. She graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984, and was awarded board certification in Osteopathic Manual Medicine in 1995.

Continuum Teacher, Cherionna Menzam-Sills, PhD practices and teaches Continuum and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy across North America and Europe, often with her husband, Franklyn Sills. She has recently re-located to England, where she has a private practice. Cherionna draws on 35 years experience as a therapist, including Occupational Therapy, Massage, Prenatal and Birth, Somatic and Dance/Movement Psychotherapy. Dr. Eden Fromberg is the Founder and Director of Holistic Gynecology New York, a sanctuary for truly holistic women’s health throughout the life cycle where personalized, innovative care cultivates wellness, activates the healing process, and unravels chronic and complex gynecological, hormonal, painful, structural and autoimmune issues. Eden is also the Director of Lila Wellness, now a virtual studio, hosting women’s wellness education and yoga and movement programs and trainings for women and professionals.

Eden researches, develops, and teaches therapeutic applications of yoga and somatic movement, and her diverse background includes advanced studies with master teachers include Emilie Conrad, becoming a certified Wellsprings of Continuum practitioner, and ongoing studies in the MA program in Dance and Somatic Well Being via the University of Central Lancashire, UK.

Eden’s insights into the interconnectedness of the body fundamentally reframe the medical dialogue and offer a spectrum of diagnostic perspectives and holistic treatment options, helping women throughout the life cycle achieve optimal hormonal, pelvic, and personal health.

Francesca Castaldi is a Wellspring Practitioner, an International Focusing Coordinator, and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Through the integration of these practices she supports family and clients in sustaining pathways to well being and creativity, both physical, emotional, spiritual, and social. Francesca comes to this work with 25 years commitment to movement somatics and a PhD. in critical dance studies and the anthropology of the body. She is particularly interested in the use of Continuum to help regulate the autonomic nervous system away from conditioned survival responses of defensiveness and into a historically aware responsiveness to the present moment and to individual as well as global circumstances. Francesca is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.

Lila encountered Continuum and has been integrating sounded breath explorations in her work in experimental dance and theatre since 2001. Lynn is an experienced International Certified Practitioner and Pedagogue of Energetic Body Work and Dance. She has integrated Wellsprings of Continuum with Kinesiology, Eden Energy Medicine, and massage/body work in her practice in Austria. She has been working with energy techniques in groups as well as one-on-one for more than 30 years.

Her knowledgeable experience as a dance and yoga teacher, sport instructor, personal trainer, and masseuse/body worker has helped her to further develop her interest and studies in different energy techniques and practices that allow each individual to learn how to work and dance with their own energies for self-healing.

Continuum Teacher Marilyn Montgomery is a British nurse midwife with over thirty years of experience in a variety of healing modalities, including Continuum, Buddhist meditation, Jin Shin Jyutsu and Voice Dialogue facilitation. Patty Adamik is passionate about helping people experience joy and ease in their lives. Her belief and experience is that connection with the innate inner intelligence of the Fluid System enhances health and well-being of the body, mind and spirit.

Authorized Continuum Teacher, Dr. Sam Berne, a holistic health practitioner and author has been recognized as a leading expert in the field of Behavioral/Neurodevelopmental Optometry and Vision Therapy for more than twenty-five years. He offers a holistic method that helps children with a variety of developmental delays from Autism to Attention Deficit Disorder. His innovative approach uses vision therapy, primitive reflex therapy, Continuum Movement, light/color therapy, craniosacral therapy and nutritional counseling to aid patient with neurological problems. Born in France, Sylvain has an eclectic curriculum in Visual Arts, Contemporary Dance and Dance Therapy. Since 1998, Sylvain has been active as a performer, choreographer and teacher, working in a range of contemporary and experimental styles, collaborating with many different artists in Europe and Asia.

Sylvain was educated in Shamanism with Chief Dancing Thunder, Continuum with Emilie Conrad, Qi Gong with Master Li Jung Feng, “The moving cycle” with Christine Caldwell, Reiki, Anatomy Trains, Feldenkrais, BMC© and more.

He now teaches workshops, classes, retreats and private sessions using a broad range of modalities such as dance rituals, Continuum Movement©, shamanic healing, channeling, co-creative partnership or dance therapy.

She is a pioneer in Mexico in the somatics field where she also bases her practice. Volker Moritz, born in South Africa, is a Continuum Teacher. As licensed psychologist and sexologist, he is working in his own practice in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is also trained and teaching worldwide as a Certified Sexological Bodyworker. His lifelong research on health, death and spirituality lead him to study different healing approaches and traveling to India, Korea, Japan, the US and Southern Africa. Wendy is an International leader in movement education, with a 40 year background in holistic health, and lifelong studies and collaborations with distinguished pioneers in yoga, Pilates, Structural Integration bodywork and somatic arts and sciences.

Wendy studied with 5 of the Pilates Elders who studied directly with Joseph Pilates, and has been inspired by the diversity of their teaching expressions. Additionally, her extensive yoga background, along with studies with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Emilie Conrad, Susan Harper, Judith Aston, Tom Myers, The Guild for Structural Integration, Hubert Godard, Phillip Beach, Buteyko Breathing Education and Carl Stough, with profound breath and fascial studies, helped Wendy develop her own “biointelligent” voice.

A founding member of the Pilates Method Alliance and the Fascia Research Society, she is a second generation PMA-CPT, a presenter for Pilates Anytime, and honored to be a Mentor in Balanced Body’s Passing the Torch Mentoring Program and a Wellsprings of Continuum Practitioner.
